1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LeetCode Daily (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LeetCode Daily is an educational coding practice application that helps users:

• Practice coding through daily algorithm and data structure problems
• Track learning progress and maintain coding streaks
• Access personalized problem recommendations based on skill level
• Review problem solutions and explanations
• Build consistent coding habits through daily practice

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Educational Purpose

LeetCode Daily is designed for educational purposes to help users improve their programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and coding interview preparation. The App provides coding practice problems and educational content but does not guarantee specific outcomes or job placements.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any code solutions, notes, or content you create through the App ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your User Content
• Display your User Content within the App
• Use anonymized data for app improvement and analytics

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are available through in-app purchases
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice
• Free tier users have access to limited features as specified in the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeetCode Daily and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Problem content is provided for educational purposes, and original problem statements remain the property of their respective creators.

9. Educational Disclaimer

• Specific learning outcomes or skill improvements
• Job placements, interview success, or career advancement
• Accuracy of all coding problems or solutions
• Suitability for any specific purpose or certification

The App provides general educational content and practice problems. Users are responsible for their own learning outcomes and career decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for all amounts due
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS App Store)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is concluded between you and LeetCode Daily, not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). LeetCode Daily, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.

13.1 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

13.2 Maintenance and Support

LeetCode Daily is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

13.3 Warranty

LeetCode Daily is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you.

13.4 Product Claims

LeetCode Daily, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including product liability claims, claims that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

13.5 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, LeetCode Daily, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

13.6 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13.7 Third Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including any wireless data service agreement.

13.8 Third Party Beneficiary

You and LeetCode Daily acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

14. Google Play Store Terms

This application is distributed through Google Play Store. By downloading and using this application, you agree to comply with Google Play Store's Terms of Service. Google Play Store is not responsible for the application or its content. All support, maintenance, and warranty obligations are the sole responsibility of LeetCode Daily.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the App.
